IICSR Learning Policy and Code of Conduct

At the International Institute of Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility (IICSR), we are committed to fostering a transformative and inclusive learning experience for professionals across all stages of their career journey. As an online institute, we prioritise personalised engagement, academic integrity, and a supportive virtual environment that enables learners to progress toward their professional and sustainability goals.

We are entrusted with ensuring that your online learning journey is safe, secure, professional, and conducive to growth. By enrolling in any IICSR program, you agree to adhere to the following policies and code of conduct:

1. Enrollment and Access

1.1. Enrollment in IICSR courses implies acceptance of and compliance with all institutional rules and policies outlined herein.
1.2. Course access is granted exclusively to the enrolled student and is non-transferable.
1.3. Students must maintain appropriate internet connectivity and technical readiness to facilitate uninterrupted learning.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1. All learners are expected to demonstrate professionalism and mutual respect in all interactions with faculty, staff, and fellow participants.
2.2. Misconduct, including but not limited to inappropriate language, harassment, or disruption of sessions, will not be tolerated.
2.3. IICSR maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of online threats, intimidation, trolling, name-calling, or bullying. In cases of written misconduct, immediate expulsion will be enforced. In cases involving verbal misconduct, legally acceptable audio or video recordings will be considered for disciplinary review.
2.4. A structured disciplinary protocol is followed: three substantiated complaints may result in a yellow card (formal warning), followed by a red card (expulsion). Refunds are not applicable in cases of disciplinary action.
2.5. The privacy of all participants is paramount. Sharing personal information, including phone numbers or email addresses, without explicit written or recorded verbal consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Attendance and Participation

3.1. A minimum of 30% live session attendance is required for course completion and certification.
3.2. Attendance contributes to the overall evaluation and final grading.
3.3. Active participation in all scheduled sessions is encouraged.
3.4. Unexcused and repeated absences may limit access to future course content.
3.5. To defer participation to a future batch, students must notify the administration via email at info@iicsr.com.

4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

4.1. All learning materials, including videos, slides, notes, and presentations, are the intellectual property of IICSR.
4.2. Unauthorized recording, duplication, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1. Refunds are eligible within the first seven (7) days of enrollment, provided no substantial course content has been accessed.
5.2. No refunds will be issued in the event of expulsion due to disciplinary actions.
5.3. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the administration team via email.

6. Conflict Resolution

6.1. Participants may escalate concerns to the designated Country Chairperson for mediation.
6.2. All resolutions offered by the Chairperson will be considered final and binding.
6.3. For matters requiring escalation, participants may email support@iicsr.com—this notifies headquarters and leadership in the USA, Europe, and India. Concerns are reviewed in quarterly governance meetings.
6.4. In case of emergencies, local faculty or IICSR support staff should be contacted directly.

7. Late Payments and Submissions

7.1. Late payments may incur penalties unless prior communication and approval have been granted.
7.2. Delayed assignment submissions without advance notice will impact evaluation results. IICSR follows a structured reminder system: three email/Slack/WhatsApp reminders, followed by one phone call and one final SMS.

8. Placement and Internship Assistance

8.1. Placement and internship support is offered exclusively to students enrolled in IICSR’s master’s programs.
8.2. Candidates seeking additional placement support should consult with admissions during enrollment.

9. Certification and Accreditation Fees

9.1. Course fees include the IICSR-issued certificate.
9.2. External certifications from accreditation partners such as ACTD, MEPSC, or EAHEA are available at an additional cost, governed by the respective accrediting body’s terms and conditions.

10. Response Time

Our standard response time is within 72 working hours to emails sent to info@iicsr.com. Should your inquiry be of an urgent nature, we kindly request that you indicate this clearly in the subject line of your email.
